Luc,
The Deb Ajango episode was amazing. Her information on the brain and how to familiarize the Amygdala with risk not only informed me as an adventurer, but as a father learning to regulate my emotions and understand my kids as well. It would seem this wholistic approach to safety and all its aspects are helping to protect those who need the help and those who provide it. Thanks for gathering all the people with all the information Luc!
Yes … Deb is so good! If you liked her talking points, you would probably like her book as well – Lessons Learned II.
Thank you for that!
